Jeff Unterreiner is President and Portfolio Manager of PROACTIVE Money Management Inc. A veteran of more than twenty years in the financial services industry, he played a key role in the development of the OPTI-flex® Money Management Strategies, serving for eight years as chief technical analyst.

Mr. Unterreiner succeeded his father as portfolio manager in August 2002 and currently manages more than $25 million in the OPTI-flex® strategies through separately managed accounts.

Mr. Unterreiner is a graduate of the School of Business Administration of the University of Missouri at St. Louis, where he received his bachelor's degree in finance. Mr. Unterreiner served on the founding board of directors of the Fund of Funds Association, and served for 7 years as portfolio manager for the catalyst OPI-flex® fund.

Desila Merry, System Service Administrator
 
Desila joined PROACTIVE in 2000. Her responsibilities include back office operation for Investment Advisor, calculate monthly Investment performance, and daily communications with financial planners and clients. She also handles all A/P, A/R and  Quickbook entries, and execution of trades for Advisor.

Tonjua G. Donnelly, Vice President

Tonjua is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia and an MBA of Webster University. Before joining PROACTIVE Money Management, Inc. in November of 1994, she had an administrative position for Magna Trust, as custodian of a mutual fund family. Ms. Donnelly currently assists with the overall management of the company, including administration of the various OPTI-flex® Money Management Strategies through mutual fund families, variable annuities, and third party custodial accounts.
