Desila Merry, System Service Administrator Tonjua G. Donnelly, Vice President An undergraduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia and an MBA of Webster University. Before joining PROACTIVE Money Management, Inc. in November of 1994, she had an administrative position for Magna Trust, as custodian of a mutual fund family. Ms. Donnelly currently assists with the overall management of the company, including administration of the various OPTI-flex® Money Management Strategies through mutual fund families, variable annuities, and third party custodial accounts. She also actively manages the back office support and transfer agent services for the firm’s mutual fund, OPTI-flex® Fund. Dianne Davis, Product System Manager Dianne has worked in the financial planning/money management/securities business for over 20 years and have been at PROACTIVE for almost 12 years. She is responsible for managing products, variable annuities, variable life, and mutual fund accounts. This encompasses accounts with 22 companies for over 30 products. Furthermore, she trades as the portfolio manager directs, send quarterly reports, process new applications, and maintain existing accounts. John Dickey, Director of Business Development John joined the company in 2006. As Director of Business Development he is responsible for the overall marketing and sales for the company. This encompasses product marketing and working closely with financial advisors, providing seminars, sales material, product messages and developing and maintaining existing relationships, as well as identifying and acquiring new business. John is a graduate of Murray State University and was a Financial Consultant for A.G. Edwards.
